ActioNet is seeking a Business Analyst to provide technical assistance support, software testing, and requirements management in our Baltimore Office. You will assist in coordinating meetings and events, preparing agendas, and writing meeting minutes. Additionally the BA will review and update web pages along with other technical documentation.
This is a customer facing role, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to organization, process flow and quality problem resolution.
The BA is involved in providing technical assistance and training on the application website to executive end users.
Additionally the BA is involved in developing and performing user level testing of new iterations of the application and the application web site.
The BA is responsible for deriving requirements from customer contracts and supporting the continual improvement of the patient safety products.
The position requires setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve deliverable deadlines.
Ultimately the BA acts as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels
Attention to detail, organized
Experience developing test cases, testing software
Ability to train users on web site functionality
Requirements gathering experience
Tech support experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks without direct supervision
Technical writing experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, team player
Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA, Selenium
Knowledge of XML
Experience working in Medical sector
