Job Responsibilities

ActioNet, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for our Vienna, VA location. These individuals will support the Contracts Department by performing a wide range of contract administration duties to include government, commercial, and GSA schedule contracts. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, maintain professionalism at all times and use discretion when handling confidential data. The individual will be detail oriented, responsible, highly motivated and proficient with various office systems including Microsoft Office. Superb spreadsheet skills are required along with written and verbal communication skills.  Shall be self-starter and be able to work independently.

The Senior Contracts Administrator will need to show demonstrated work performance and dedication along with solid technical skills. The work will be challenging with room for growth and the environment supportive. 

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
Must have a solid understanding of government cost principles along with demonstrated expert knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense FARS. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). 
Able to perform tasks successfully with minimum guidance under short timelines, and must have the ability to manage shifting work priorities. 
Responsiveness, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail are a must. 
The successful candidate should be able to work independently with little supervision and work well with others in a collaborative environment. 
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
Negotiate with the government and resolve any dispute resolutions.
Work with subcontracts/partners on preaward and post award items.
Must be able to assimilate and analyze contract requirements and ensure contract compliance. 
Must possess a strong ability to effectively manage proposal schedules, changes, claims, and enforce contract and subcontract terms and conditions.
Cradle to grave contract administration for all contract types, for example, not limited to:  FFP, CPFF, T&M, CPAF, etc.
RFP review for risk assessment
Bid Support
Create/maintain physical and virtual contract files
Contracts system entry and reporting into Cost Point
Interact with Government customers and internal departments 
Prepare and disseminate various reports for project managers, as required
 
Skills Required
• 8+ years of cradle to grave government contract administration experience 
• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations with willingness to learn more
• 2+ years of subcontract administration experience
• BA or equivalent work and education
